Marketplace terms
Rules for using Maldives Local as a traveller, agent or supplier.
Marketplace role
Maldives Local connects customers with independent accommodation, experience and transfer suppliers. Each confirmed service is fulfilled by the named supplier.
Accounts
Provide accurate information and protect access to your sign-in account. Activity performed through your account is treated as authorized unless reported promptly.
Bookings and payment
Prices, inclusions and dates are shown before booking. Bank transfers are not treated as paid until verified against the receiving account.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false bookings, fraudulent receipts, harmful content, automated abuse or attempts to bypass access controls.
Liability
Services remain subject to supplier terms, weather, transport operations and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
