Cancellation and refund policy
The policy snapshot attached to each booking controls cancellation charges.
Standard schedule
Unless a listing states otherwise: free cancellation at least 7 days before service; 50% fee from 2–6 days; non-refundable within 48 hours.
Partial cancellation
Each booking item can be cancelled separately. Other confirmed items in the order remain active.
Refund amount
The refund is limited to the eligible policy amount and the amount actually verified as paid.
Bank-transfer refunds
Approved refunds are returned manually by bank transfer. Processing details and outgoing references are recorded in the finance ledger.
Disputes
Raise a support ticket if the calculated amount or service outcome appears incorrect.
